Why Blacktop

I'm Hal Ringger. Blacktop Garage started in a two-bay garage in Berne with a habit of noticing the spots other people wipe past — the door jambs, the seat rails, the ring of grime around the fuel door.

Everything is done by hand, and you deal with me start to finish. If something isn't right when you pick it up, say so and it goes back in the bay.
